HOW TO INSTALL

We’ve designed our Storefronts to be quick and easy to set up. Just adjust the top bar to fit your doorframe, ensure it is tight and thats it! (See video for 'How To Install') 

SHIPPING

Where do the products ship from? - Auckland, New Zealand

Do we ship internationally? - No, currently we just ship around NZ. Please get in contact if you would like an internation order and we can look at shipping costs for you.

RETURNS

What happens if I change my mind? - We are happy to refund you, if the product is returned to us unopened within 14 days. (We do not refund the return shipping). 

PRODUCT DETAILS

What are the doorways made of? - 100% Cotton Canvas. The poles that are used to attach to the doorways are plastic. 

Can the doorway be machine washed? - We recommend hand washing the fabric if a mark occurs so that the middle support beam does not get damaged in a washing machine. 

Where are the products made? - All our products are proudly designed in New Zealand and made in China.
